I'm 5'8'' 33-25-34 and 118lbs and I got a small. This costume was a little big on me, so I took in the dress a bit. This costume is great, it comes with everything! Hat, boot toppers, eyepatch, choker, cloak, dress, socks, belt. The gloves are not very good, so I recommend swapping them out for another pair. Everything else is really nice though! The dress closes with a zipper and the fabric is opaque and does not stretch, it its like a uniform cloth. I would have liked the gloves to be better, the socks to be tighter (they are a little loose and keep falling), and the collar to stand up more, but its still very good as it is. Also, the fabric on the brim of the hat is pretty sheer, but it didn't effect my photos. Overall this is a great costume and it comes with everything you need (besides wig and shoes, of course).
