I LOVE BOTH OF MY ORDERS, I got this jacket for myself and since I got it I've been wearing it, it's so comfy and perfect for cold weather, also! Their M/L is actually pretty decently sized, I'm 5 foot 4 inches and around 210 pounds and it fits me kinda loose! The measurements are accurate for reference and these are just amazing, also! When you put the big ol' paws on it might take a couple tries to get them on in a way that they aren't backwards, it can be a bit difficult but once you do these things are amazing and so warm.

My daughter was so excited about receiving this last Year December 2022 for her birthday and now it is July of 2023 and we have received no merchandise or refund. This is a scam and tasteless service, will never order from this site again
