The costume itself needs A LOT of work to be a quality product, several areas of the costume looked rushed and unfinished. From afar this is a decent costume but I would not suggest wearing this a lot without work to make it better and longer lasting. Some accessories such as the earrings and dangly-bits are bent due to poor packaging. Some of the dangles weren't aligned when glued together, the fabric on the embroidery is frayed and theres already a tear right out of the packaging. In terms of customer service/delivery, I ordered this in July and got it months after it was supposed to arrive. Customer service gave me false deadlines for when they'd finish the costume the entire time. They at least upgraded my shipping and gave me a coupon for the trouble.

It fit very well the issue I had was the snaps had to be sewn back on and the glitter foam kept sliding off the clear vinyl that was used for the earrings and dangle bits. The necklace also didn't come with a clasp so I had to add one myself. The flowy fabric used for the "cape" part also started to fray a bit in some places. It looks great in photos just a bit of a hassle to get on and of.

The costume fit perfectly and was super comfortable. The material feels high quality. It exceeded my expectations.
