Apr 22 2021Wow! What can I say negative about this? Nothing! This is a very, very nice film accurate costume and I checked my measurements and originally ordered a size Small at first because I am roughly a size 6/8 but it was way too tight and small so I was struggling to get into the catsuit and I couldnt sit down in it so I swapped for a size Medium (which is what I'm wearing on the pics) with no issues at all with great customer service so I'm giving 5 stars overall, I would really recommend this costume and it's very comfortable with nice quality material and you get a nice strong whip with it! Just bear in mind that the sizes run quite small so I would get the next size up than your actual size! :) (Ps, my cowl I'm wearing on the pics does not include with the costume as it is my own personal custom one but it does include the mask that's pictured in the description above!)

Mar 05 2018The costume is perfect. I was very amazed by the quality of the fabric. It's very strange finding a elastic vynil that fits perfectly. The mask was a little big but it was nice for me ( I have lots of hair and it helped me to keep it inside). All the costume Is confortable and very easy to wear. I could be on the convention all the day with it! One of the best cosplays of this Catwoman I've ever seen! ♥ Thanks Miccostumes for make it real!

Aug 02 2017The costume is so well made and fitted like a glove. The fabric is stretchy and has a wetlook almost like latex. Shipping to Mexico is a little bit slow but that's because customs services on my country. I have to say that this is my very first costume from this page and for sure I will acquire many more, quality and price really worth it.

Return
We accept returning for replacement or refund within 5 days after you receive the costumes, dresses or wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded on condition that the item is still new and in good condition. But the shipping cost is not refundable.
Please follow the tips below to process your return:
- First of all, please contact our customer service, we will determine whether your merchandise can be returned for a replacement or refund according to the return policy.
- If it is confirmed that the merchandise can be returned, our customer service will inform you of the return mailing address and the following operation process.
- Under normal circumstances, the shipping cost of the return is paid by the customer, and we bear the shipping cost of the replacement. We do not charge extra fees for the return or exchange. Please note, if the customer returns the merchandise without negotiation, we will not bear any cost.
- After receiving and checking the merchandise, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days (weekend excluded).

Here are some cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:
- There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
- The regular size does not fit.
- If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren't missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.
Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:
!!!Special Sale items/Clearance products can not be returned for refund, we can offer exchange for them but only the sizes in stock can be exchanged.
- If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
- Worn, used, stained, animal hair attached or altered items can not be returned.
- Undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
- Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
- Prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
