Sadly a waste of money, I bought size L according to the size chart and it hangs on me like a wet plastic bag, at least 3 sizes too big and on top of that be aware, it is NOT the same dress as in the pictures! The shoulder parts are not fitted, the gloves on the other hand are so tight they only barely fit me and I have VERY slim arms and small hands. The belts have different holes and the fit of the dress is also not as advertised, although I can't tell 100% since it's too big for me. I never refunded anything on this site, even though the costumes are always a hit or miss, but this time not even I can make this dress work. I will try again with a smaller size, since I really want this costume and can't find it elsewhere, but still doesn't change the fact that Miccostumes is doing false advertising with this and that the size chart is useless.

Are you f*cking kidding me? I re-ordered it now in a size S and the skirt part is almost 30 cm shorter than the dress in size L and it barely covers my ass now!! Is this a joke?! Why are you sending out completely different products?! This one is even MORE not like the advertised photos. After contacting your costumer support, they just said that this is NORMAL and that I will not be refunded anything, even though this is just straight up scam!! Boo Miccostumes. I will never shop with you again after this sh*t you just pulled. I strongly advise everyone reading this to NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I don't even know if I want to cry or laugh anymore. After a lot of discussing this issue back and forth with Miccostumes, they still refused to refund me, but instead promised to send me a new LONGER dress free of charge. I made it clear multiple times, that I still need size S but 15-20 cm longer at least. They even asked for my measurements. They stated that they understood my issue and are going to fix it. Well surprise, the dress arrived and it is THE EXACT SAME DRESS with the EXACT SAME LENGTH. When I adressed this they STILL REFUSED to refund me and just told me they would send me a THIRD dress. THIS ISN'T SOLVING ANYTHING. After I kept demanding a refund, they just stopped replying. A. Joke.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 5 days after you receive the costumes, dresses or wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded on condition that the item is still new and in good condition. But the shipping cost is not refundable.

There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
The regular size does not fit.
If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren't missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

!!!Special Sale items/Clearance products can not be returned for refund, we can offer exchange for them but only the sizes in stock can be exchanged.

If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
Worn, used, stained, animal hair attached or altered items can not be returned.
Undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
Prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
