I'm very impressed with DHL, but not very impressed by how long it took to be dispatched from cosplay costume, only arriving 2 days before my event despite I ordered 19 or so days before hand. I was actively searching for back up plans because it was cutting it so late. Customer service was good, if a little slow to reply. About suggestions for you, you can have a better way of tracking the order process. I had to keep emailing to chase up where it was, and what stage we were at.
